My daughter took her wedding dress to have some alterations. The lady said it would take 2 weeks. A month later said it would be done on Wednesday, after a month and a half the dress was done, but not completely. We now have to take it to another place to hopefully fix the problems. I DON’T recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
The people were so cheerful and helpful and the value of what I bought was excellent. Great experience. Only setback was coming back on Monday and finding it not open when the website said it would be open.
After saying my wedding dress would only take two weeks max for her to do the alterations I finally got it today 6 weeks later!! And ruined! I had to take it to another lady to hopefully get it fixed! Not to mention my wedding is 1 WEEK away!! Asked for a refund and instead got told it was my fault and that I made her life hell by calling so much to see if my dress was done after being told multiple different dates for it to be finished and driving an hour to be told it wasn’t finished and getting a new date it would be done. I do not recommend going here at all. Since posting on my personal Facebook page I’ve had her daughter and friends post on my page and bash me. This lady is a poor business owner and not nice to her customers at all!

Did a great job on my bridesmaid dress and when I got married 4 years ago someone really messed up bad on my bridesmaids dresses 3 days before my wedding she got them fixed and ready to go she saved the day would go back there again!
