My experience with Dream Construction was fantastic! We were looking to convert our garage into living space for my mother to move in with us. Steve was my initial contact with the company, he was very nice and answered all of my many questions. He listened to all of our concerns and provided an itemized estimate so we could make the choices that fit within our budget. Austin was our project manager and he was also very nice and professional. He was in touch with us very often and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. Our project was complete well before originally anticipated, even after unexpected issues with our existing wall structure were discovered (and fixed!) and we are extremely happy with the results! We certainly will recommend them to any friends that have construction/remodel needs!
Called for an estimate twice, once on the morning of 8/21 and again on 8/22. Never got a call back and was told both times by the person answering the phone that an estimator would call me as soon as possible. It's now 8/26 and I'm forced to look for a contractor elsewhere.. If this is how they treat potential customers I'm afraid of how I might be treated once I've already given them money!
