I had two ladies working on my nails.. at first they were going to just paint my nails and I told them no I want the broken ones to have tips put on.. So another lady had to do the tips cause the other one didn't know how... They skipped steps refused to do the over lay on my tip. So left dips on the nail. Done a sloppy job with the gel polish. The polish looked water down. And after telling them what I wanted they did wha they wanted to.. and charged me 54.00 never again will I ever go back there. And remind you only 6 tips where applied.. way to much money..
Service was very frustrating and the first set looked nothing like I wanted and then the second set still came out very unsatisfactory. She got short with me when I asked her to fix what had been messed up.
In 2018 I went to get a pedicure for a wedding. I am on my feet a lot and have very callused heels. The woman who did my feet was very elderly and harsh. She scolded me for my heels and shamed me in front of other costumers. She angrily went to the magazines, ripped a few pages out and sat back down. She used the pages to catch the dead skin from my heels. Once she was done she proceeded to show everyone around us the remains of my heels on the pages. I was humiliated. I sat in the chair for the rest of the time crying. I have had good experiences before this and loved the other workers. But unfortunately due to this one experience I have not been back and don’t ever plan to.

I've always gone to Queen nails it's my favorite place to go. Sadly today was my last day going there because I'm moving to California. But I would prefer anybody to Queen nails. Especially the gentleman that works there is usually the one that takes care of me, and does a great job. Very friendly atmosphere
