I brought my cat in with a possible UTI they would not allow us in the clinic we had to wait in our car after an hour they called me and said that they couldn’t do the exam because the cat was non-cooperative and just absolutely did not like them .. they wanted us to sedate the cat to bring it back a second time .. we have taken her to other vets in the past and had absolutely no problems with her whatsoever, so it must’ve been how they treated her or something they have done to her .. but still charge me for the full office visit after doing nothing, and they got upset when I didn’t want to bring her back a second time for a another $400.00 office visit..nThey also had my credit card information before I found out any of the charges or what the visit was going to cost.nI will never bring my cat there again I would not recommend anyone use them for their cats

I can not say enough to express my positive experience with these people. Throughout decades and with many many pets, they have continued to care so compassionately for all of them. Love the staff and I feel like family there.......Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment for my cat who is experiencing what appears to be severe skin allergies. Upon arrival I was told I had to leave my cat at the front door and they would call me. I said no, I want to be with my cat when examined by the vet and have the opportunity to talk to the vet. They said that wasn't possible. No way I would just drop off my cat at the front door and come back later. I wish they had told me that at the time I made the appointment and I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment. They already killed one of my cats and had the audacity to charge me nearly $1000. Do yourself and your beloved pets a favor.....don't take them to Countryside.

After extensive research we decided to take our miniature Goldendoodle puppy to Countryside Pet Clinic. I wanted someplace that would take extremely good care of this new family member as well as somewhere I could board her if we had to go out of town. The friendliness and care we received was second to none. We purchased a puppy care plan that saved us money and gave clear direction of all of the vaccinations and tests she would need in her first year of life. I know us waiting in the car while the puppy went in for her shots was not normal but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the process and the call from the vet to discuss what they had done. Thank you Countryside.

We appreciate Dr. Amanda and the staff for helping us with our puppy, Ruby, after numerous visits this year.nnThe facility is clean, staff are friendly and services are affordable. We also enjoy using their Pet Resort and Daycare.nnHighly recommend this business. Keep up the great work.
