I was impressed with this company from my first call to them, right through to when all the paperwork was complete. The personal service and thoroughness is something that is very unusual these days. I've been dealing with large corporations for so many issues that it was a wonderful change to deal with people who clearly want to do their best, and help me solve problems. I recommend Specialty Insurance Consultants without any hesitation or reservation. Call them!

Finding coverage as an outfitter turned out to be a real challenge. My leaseholder has some pretty abnormal demands, and Heather has worked with him to meet and/or modify his demands. Her knowledge of the outdoors and outdoor insurance definitely makes it easier for policyholders to tailor their coverage for their individual needs. I was able to get more results from her in 2 days than I got from the underwriters in 4 months. She has been very accessible and I feel extremely comfortable when speaking with her. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We had been working with a different agency that was always making mistakes so when we were contacted by Heather gave her an opportunity to quote our renewal. She managed to drop the premium 10% and this time it was me apologizing for the mistakes. She never made one! She also addressed the underwriters demands, successfully having them modified, before I was able to tell her they were deal breakers.
