Famous for SlownnEvery Casey's I have visited are great. Although this one is clean, the service has being lacking Since they opened. Because every pizza order experience of mine was an hour event in person, in thought I would try ordering online. 45 minutes later, which was my scheduled time to pick up, I visited the site to find that my order wasn't even started yet and I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Enough said.

Burnt cheese breadsticks on one vist, under cooked pizza crust the next. That dough was so under cooked you couldn't pick the pieces up, ended up throwing it out, I'll get my pizza somewhere else from now on. They don't care about the quality of their food products.

I love Casey's and I go there everyday! However this Casey's is disappointing. The fountain drink station is ALWAYS dirty and ALWAYS needing refilled. There are enough employees at the Andover Casey's for someone to be cleaning the drink station all day. So disappointing.

Went to get gas, some food and drinks with my boyfriend. The first transaction was all of our food together, the lady working thos morning read our total wrong the first time, then again the second time, and finally got it right the 3rd time. She also made us bag our own purchase, which I've never had to do at this location before...nThe second transaction was our gas. My boyfriend specifically asked for his receipt, and she didn't give it to us, so he had to go back in for the receipt, which she proceeded to give him a hard time for coming back into the store for the receipt that I heard him ask for twice before we went to pump gas.nPlease hire people with more than 2 IQ points and maybe I will change my review back to a 5 star.
