This place only care's about making money and not their patients. The doctor I was seeing was horrible with my father, mother, and myself. Even after switching to another Dr. in the office, you could tell they all talk amongst each other, and we also received poor treatment from the new Dr.nnVery childish doctors working for this clinic!nSwitched to a new doctor and realized how toxic this place really was. Gross.

I picked this office because it was close to my house and they had a good deal on botox. The first time was good. The second time was not good. The nurse injected the Botox without asking me where I wanted it and presumably without checking my chart. She put 10 units in my crows feet (which I don’t have). And she only put it on one side. I left super annoyed and in a week realized when she put it in my 11’s, it didn’t work. So I went back to have her fix it and she charged me for another 10 units even though she had done it wrong the previous visit. The worst part was: it didn’t work AGAIN!! $200 wasted!nI’m not the type to complain to get it for free. But I am the sort not to return, and to comment on google review to make sure patients are aware so they don’t end up in the same position.

My grandparents used to go to this drs office years ago and then my mom went and then she got me to go too. Im sure i could go to a closer drs office to me but it's very hard to find a good dr these days. So the 30 min drive I do is totally worth it. I would drive two hours to go to this drs office.nnDR Cheng is absolutely incredible! I have been seeing her for about 4 years now i believe and i am never disappointed! She answers my questions and i always have a lot of questions. She educates me on why im having the symptoms im having and what i can do about it. I have struggled with migraines for about 7 years now and she really cares about finding a medication that's right for me. She responds to my emails all the time. Like honestly i know drs get paid a lot but i would pay her more she goes above and beyond and really cares about me.nnThe only thing I will say is that i don't like when my dr is on vacation and i have to see another Dr. For the most part my experience with the other drs has been very much like they just want to rush you out the door and they don't really listen to you. Which is just sad i would expect them to treat me the same way Dr Cheng does. I wish they had the same standards with all the drs at this office.nnBut yes i highly recommend DR Cheng.

Very great office! Receptions where super nice while on the phone making my appointment & in person. My family members & I see different doctors here and they are all great!
