My experience with this clinic is worse than one star - that is the lowest available. I made an appointment with Dr. Katz at least two weeks ago. I got a call from the clinic to confirm and I did confirm the appointment with them. However, when I got to the office I was told that my appointment had been cancelled on the same day that it was made. They couldn't tell me who cancelled it or why, so I asked why I had received a phone call to confirm an appointment that didn't exist. The only answer they gave me was, 'We don't know.' Just another wasted day of my life. I don't understand why, but I know that I'm very displeased with my experience with this clinic.

I have never had a physician quite like Dr. Tara Katz. She is intelligent and has always treated me with respect. Her bedside manner is without fault and she has always genuinely valued my insight of my own body as well as my time.nnShe truly goes above and beyond for her patients. At one point in my care, a lab result (received on a Friday night) showed a deficiency. Dr. Tara Katz messaged me immediately that night through the Via Christi Portal and, over the course of the weekend, we messaged back and forth frequently, discussing and weighing options, often late into the night, until we came to an agreeable solution to the problem.nnI recommend her to anyone in the market for a new primary care physician.
