The receptionist (Vanissa?) was unfriendly from the start and moved on to rude by the time I was walking out the door. It would behoove the clinic to remind Rita (who granted, was having a busy day) and the receptionist both to wait until the patient is out of earshot as well as eyesight prior to discussing a patient in a negative manner.nThe nurse practitioner was great; professional, respectful and sympathetic to my situation.nIn the future, I will not return to this clinic but try to wait an additional day for another to be open. I also will not be recommending it to others.

Love the Augusta Walk-in ER, but Gawd the billing is so messed up it isn't even explanatory from the bills provided. They keep telling you that you owe but can't prove it in writing and on paper. Can take almost a year to get the bill...Then the DR's separate bill comes trailing along. I really don't want to return to this DR office if the billing is jacked and keeps demanding more money.

My fiance and I have been here several times for multiple reasons. Each time we come the Staff is very friendly and they have a nice facility also.nKala & Amanda are two of our favorites. It's always a pleasure to be in their care. They are very patient with us and take their time answering all of our questions. They also share their knowledge which is extremely helpful.nWonderful bedside manner & quality patient care. Highly recommend.nThanks!nMegan and Nathan Hill

I would like to Thank the fine ladies at Susan B. Allen Immediate care in Augusta Kansas. My hats off to Georgina, Hanna, Lauren, and Jennifer Pharris they were fantastic. They took great care of me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Just moved back to Augusta and was looking for a new primary love the doctor's here nurses are amazing would defiantly recommend SBA Clinic to anyone looking for great care!!
