I was very dissatisfied this last time that I was in there because the Hygienist who was working on me stopped and went and started working on someone else. I'm sorry but you don't do that to your patients because you will lose that patient and they won't recommend you to anyone else. Also I have a set of partials that I can't wear and I've told them about it multiple times and this last time they wanted to fill the tooth where I had a notch cut in so my bottom plate would fit snug and I told them no because that notch was put there on purpose so my bottom plate would fit. They filled the same tooth on the other side so now I couldn't wear my bottom plate if I wanted to because they don't sit level and I've told them that I can't wear my top plate either because it makes me gag too bad. All in all I will not be going back to see Dr. Nolte anymore.

I do not recommend people to go to this dentist office.nIt is a completely different office now compared to when Dr. Brown was the dentist.nThe first time I saw the new dentist, when he came in to check my teeth, he did not introduce himself.nI think he is very cold and impersonable.nI went in for my regular cleaning and check up.nThe hygienist was about half way done cleaning my teeth, when she got up and went to another room to another patient.nShe came back to me to finish cleaning my teeth about five minutes later.nThe hygienist did the same thing to my wife a couple of months ago.nI think that was very unprofessional for her to stop working on me and go to another patient.nMy wife called to cancel her appointment co.ing up in a few months and let them know that we found another dentist and we would not be back to see them.nThe person who answered the phone said that's nice.nShe should not be answering the phone, if she continues to answer the phone she should be trained on how to talk to people.nI have talked to other people that used to go to this dentist office, but once the new dentist took over the way you are treated went down hill.
