The staff are usually very friendly and accommodating. The prices atleast with my insurance are better than Walmart and the store is clean! I like the small business feel, the only issue I have is the somewhat limited amount of hours of operation in comparison to othe pharmacies.

Kex RX they have done nothing except for causing me grief!!!!! I used to have all of my prescriptions filled with them but they developed a problem with me and what my doctor wants with me and all of my medications and I have 17 seventeen prescription!!!!!!!! And a lot of them are very high dollar prescriptions!!!!! And I have moved my prescription to CVS!!!!!!! I would rather give my money to a small business but they pushed my hand away!!! They don’t give you any respect to you and that has left me without a option for me to go to another place!!!!

Something not right..... Multiple occasions I have questioned with concerns but they have been friendly until the final outcome..... I get the same medicine monthly-- it was time for my refill and I dropped the paper prescription off to them. I gave them three days to pick it up, they said they did not have it in stock. I would have to wait an additional 4 days due to the holiday. (This is a medicine I could not go without) I asked for my paper prescription back and I took it elsewhere. When the other pharmacy tried filling it, the insurance said Kex Rx had already filled my order..... Hmmm what?!? No! It was such a headache.nI went back and got all of my paper prescriptions they had on file to take them elsewhere.... They were not as friendly to me thereafter!
