I had a flat tire and had to pull in to this station. I sat out there and no one bothered to even come out, to see if I needed gas, help or whatever. Only when Allstate paid them to change my tire did they come out. I myself was attempting to change the tire, but with my CHF the lug nuts were a challenge, plus the cold didn't help. So my native people keep moving when you're passing through Richmond Ks. This gas station is not for us, because trust I did notice when another car pull in about 40 min later she had great customer service skills. #2019Greenbook #notmymoney
