The Family Physicians, PA

Nicest facility in the surrounding area. The check in lady is always happy friendly and kind, clinical staff are all professional, caring, have a energetic fun vibe, most importantly to me very very down to earth. All of them including the doctors make you feel as if they are your next door neighbor, they never talk, act, or present themselves in a better then you attitude. I honestly have never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor as I do at The Family Physicians office. I love that I can do all the paperwork beforehand online and I can pay my bill online or from my phone. My last appointment the boss lady was walking by the check in desk and the normally had stepped away and she immediately stopped asked if I had been helped then sat down at the check in desk and not only did she check me in but then answered all my questions about my bill and insurance policy. Its not very often you see a higher up just jump into a workers job most say I will go get someone but she did not hesitate to just jump in and help out although was clearly walking to do something else and had people constantly saying her name or standing there she would say I'm helping this gentleman right now and she took the time to make sure I had been taken care of and that I was sure I had all my questions not just answered but understood and did not expect that I just new what my insurance statement ment. When she gave me her card incase I need more help with understooding my insurance policy and it said administrator I was suprised that she acted in a way that said me and that person she helped cover for were more important than her job. I never had a boss that thought that me as a worker was more important than themselves. This office truly cares about people and it shows in every area and person there.

Both times I have been here I've walked in with no appointment. I checked in, finished my appointment within 20. I know it can't happen every time. But I'm changing these people to my regular Dr. They don't waste your time making you sit in a waiting room for an hour or more. They are very professional and courteous.

Excellent patient care!!! All of the providers have been wonderful with my kids and very caring. My husband and I have also received great care as well. I highly recommend The Family Physicians!!!

I have been using Family Physicians for over 15 years, and they’re the best doctors office that I have used. Not only do they give us quality, but also a professional service as a patient. They have never failed to give me a quality and professional time as a patient, and they have always been respectful. I highly suggest visiting Family Physicians.

Very friendly staff, nurses and doctors! Would recommend to anyone in need of a new doctor! Very nice facility as well with lots of new updates! :)
