Went with the wife and kids, this was definitely fun! The guy didn't talk much, which was fine by us. He could have been a little more friendly but he wasn't rude either. Overall we had a good experience.
Called to see if they were open, whoever I talked to was rude. They hung up before I was even done talking to them.
I haven't personally done the tour but I wouldn't recommend based off of their customer service. I get the vibe that they only care about money. They close on October 1st and when i called the guy he wasn't into the phone call at all. I was looking for info and he was short with me and I started to thank him for his time and he just hung up. Horrible customer service and this small company obviously only cares about the money.
Definitely recommend doing this at least once on a trip in Omaha! Great park, beautiful fountain and neat boats. Our guide Brittany was very nice. The male working was very rude to her and to patrons on the dock (just as a heads up)
Had a great time on the private gondola ride. Mike and Jim run a great operation. The prices are good, and the experience is 5 stars. They'll take your picture, talk to you about the geese, and make sure you have a great time. I definitely recommend trying both the boat ride ($3) and the gondola ride ($10).
