Great!! Had my car waiting for me and it was warming up.
Vehicles are not maintained and dirty. Owner and workers are not professional. Had to get the cops involved because the owner is a crook.
Always great, been using them for over 10 years. Never had one issue with anything and always priced well. This time we used them with Sleep Inn and they picked me up there and even got a discount! Thank you!
Terrible experience!!!! We were referred here by some friends and decided to give them a try, because we wanted to come home from Mexico to a car not covered in snow that was freezing cold. We checked that this place had indoor parking and were told they did. I had also asked if it was heated and was also told yes. When we got there I again asked if the indoor parking was heated and was told repeatedly that it was. We went on vacation, came back 10 days later and when we got to the car park and started loading our luggage we discovered that the entire case of soda that would have been fine in a heated building had not only frozen but had exploded all over the back seat and floor of the back seat. I reached out multiple times trying to get some resolution for this, since I paid for heated indoor parking and obviously didn't get what I paid for not to mention having to get our car detailed for the soda explosion and head nothing. I got a couple of emails from someone who had no authority to help and never heard from the owner who was supposedly informed of the situation. I will never use these people again and will tell everyone I can to never use them either. Sadly can't rate them below one.
My husband and I have been parking our cars here for over 20+ years and we've always had great service. Best prices for airport parking and the staff has always been friendly.
