It's by Appointment only due to Covid however, my daughter just needed to renew her driver's license. They do have a Kiosk that you can get a renewal or duplicate license done. She used the Kiosk and it was simple, easy step by step instructions, and quick!
Forgot to bring proof of social security number. My fault, I know. Asked Stacey if she would print off a paystub or anything else with it on there if I emailed and was told no. In normal circumstances I would understand, but with a one month schedule period due to Covid, it would be nice if they were willing to be more helpful. Paystub could have been printed off before I made it to my car to leave.
I can understand going by appointment only with Covid-19 but one of your employees informed me that a decision has been made to go 100% appointment only permanently. It was already hard enough getting in and now is nearly impossible finding appointments online. Not to mention how hard it is for the older generation who don't understand how to use computers or smartphones!
Since they are short-handed, it still takes a bit, but not terrible. Very helpful personnel and friendly as well.
Very impressed with the entire process... appointment setup online, email and text reminders, directions to the facility, and best of all - I waited under 15 minutes and was one of four guests during my appointment!
