Extremely rude and horrible customer service
Very fair to us , next door to them folks said my jewelry wasn't real.. .. I knew better , walked in to DSL , and I was amazed.
Talked to Alex at the 13th St. location about selling some sterling silver flatware. He couldn't have been nicer and offered $730 (meltdown value.) Sol's had offered a meltdown value of $255 several days earlier when silver prices were slightly HIGHER.
