I was in a terrible pickle on a rainy chilly morning stuck with a flat tire. I searched for the closest auto repair and found Kim’s auto repair was a quarter of a mile. I explained my situation and without hesitation the gentleman told me he would help me. No questions asked, he said I will help, I will change the tire no problem and in that moment I felt relieved and at peace immediately. That single gesture was so kind and effortless on his part. This truly shows what a kind and generous business owner that REALLY cares. I will never forget the kindness of these men and I am extremely grateful. Thank you.
Kim’s is hands-down the best shop to take your car to when it’s having issues. Kim is a solid mechanic and honest almost to a fault. He and his wife are 2 of the most caring people you will ever meet and the work is terrific.
