Rude and hanged up on me.

Horrible service the lady threw the notepad at me, had an attitude and it showed when she got up to not help me. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she did not go get one instead walked away and sat down laughing like what she did was cute. The only reason it got 2 is because a supervisor eventually came to speak to me and told me she would handle the issue. She is the reason we as black women are stereotyped as attitudinal rude and miserable. There was no need for her to act the way she acted in her professional environment.

I talk to Someone on the phone who works here and Had an Important question to ask, she was rude and did not help.
