Payless Car Rental

THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD IS OVER $180 MORE THAN THE RECEIPT THAT I WAS GIVEN. AND TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDIVIDUAL MUMBLES AND SPEAKS WAY TOO FAST, EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. WHEN ASKED TO REPEAT AND SLOW DOWN AND ARTICULATE CLEARLY, SHE WOULD NOT AND KEPT SPEAKING UNCLEARLY. I REQUESTED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND SHE REFUSED TO TRANSFER. I HAD TO HANG UP AND CALL BACK, WAIT ON HOLD AGAIN IN ORDER TO GET SOMEONE (ANYONE) ELSE. FINALLY A CLAIM WAS STARTED AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. BUT PAYLESS IS QUICK TO TAKE THEIR MONEY AND THENSOME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

Vehicle was nice new and reliable. When returning the vehicle, customer service was spot on. Will be using your company again when needed.

It was easy, quick and they did not give me any issues when renting at all. I even extended our vacation by a day and the call was easy they were super helpful and I will definitely be using them in the future!

I made a reservation to pick up a rental car; there was nobody there...I called customer service and was directed to go to Avis counter. Apparently they don't accept debit cards anymore. I have to have a major credit card. I don't use credit card, I won't be a victim of those consumer companies anymore. Saved my money and found an alternate route to get my business done. When enough people wake up and decide to live free from that mindset of living to work and pay credit card companies and they start loosing customers, maybe they'll revised their policy.
