Katie, Emily, and Billy were very knowledgeable and helpful. They really want to make sure that the decisions you make are right for you and your situation. Very easy to talk to and not stressful at all. This is the only place I have gone that has taken women seriously. I would recommend this place to everyone I know and will probably be getting my next car there again.nnUPDATE:nSort of shady what they don’t tell you about the vehicle.

The Internet Car Lot is so consistent with great experience! Very happy with my BMW purchase! The dealership’s entire staff is very professional, the purchase process is very easy and thorough, and best part is they always offer the best deals in Council Bluffs! This is their second location, including one in Omaha, NE on 72nd & P Street. I have already referred many of my friends and family over to them!

The dealership was upfront and honest about the car I was interested in. When it arrived it was exactly as they stated. It's good to know that when making a big purchase site unseen you are dealing with upfront people.
