Nice And Great environmentnnI’ve been going to McDonald’s since I was a kid! Now I’m A Teen Anyway. I just love this place It’s So clean and They really are careful with the whole coronavirus thing The floor is Clean not sticky the personnel behind the counter look like they’re working hard and overall Their chicken nuggets are so amazing And their fries and barbecue ahh Truly their finest in my opinion I like how the personnel Almost never Behave disrespectful Nor Give you your food or drink all messy Or All covered in soda.

Went to eat at McDonalds on 1607 West Broadway Council Bluffs, Iowa. There was a lady and her name was Sheila and she was so nice. She had a beautiful smile and was the sweetest Lady she made sure our hamburger were done right our fries were so hot and good and she made sure everything was made the way we wanted them. Sheila you made our day the best thank you for the great service and your friendly smile you are the best and we will be back because you did care about the way we wanted are food and it was done perfect!! Give this beautiful Lady a raise. We have never had service like this before!!! Thank You Sheila for making our day!! Kenny Jans and Bailyn my Grandson!!!!

Went through drive through and had to pull around at wait- waited 30 minutes and had workers passing us with other peoples meals. My daughter had to call the store finally for them to bring out our meal even though we told the workers bringing out the food our order and they didn't relay the message that we were waiting.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Regardless of what's going on in the world, you should at least hire employees who can read and follow instructions at a minimum. I always ask for no cheese, they confirmed the order was correct on the screen,, the receipt was correct and yet whoever prepared my order still couldn't read the sticker that was attached to the wrapper when they made it!!! It literally says 'No Cheese' on it!! Get it together McDonald's, you can do better - this is a new low you.

One Star for being lazy. I know it wasn't breakfast time yet but how much work does it take to put hotcakes and breakfast burritos in the microwave. Next time you have a meeting it should be on manors. I was in a good mood until you spoiled it. Anyone who has half a brain and use to work there knows. Knock Knock!
