Burlington Trailways Station

Lost my luggage with business clothes the lady was rude when ask what happen to it i think employees is stealing the luggages. This place need to be investigated by proper authorities

Got stranded in Omaha for 21 hours after being driven 1 hour from my departure. In a rundown station. Find another way of travel if arriving on the day they say is important

You’re Omaha terminal is just plain nasty. My thermometer app says it’s 82 degrees inside and they just closed and locked the doors. Trailways can’t afford to fix the air conditioner in this dump. I’m sure it will only get hotter in here. Next time I’ll find another mode of transportation. Worst bus terminal I’ve ever been in!

Horrible and scary. It’s really hot and cramped! Bathrooms were awful. Overall terrible place to be stuck waiting on a bus for hours and hours.

Horrible customer service. Lady rude...would not even look at me when I asked a question.nTook greyhound and this was one of the stops to transfer to another bus...such a shame. It cold with no heat in this station. I hope to never come back here. Oh yeah and If you happen to have a song as a ringtone make sure your phone don't ring...the lady at the counter yelled at the person to turn the music down...then practically bum rushed everyone asking where they were going very rudely. Such sad sad customer service.n#greyhoundstation
