Not professional at all the new landlord has a real attitude problem and threatened to report my girlfriend to department of health and human services, all because she thought I was staying the night and she was threatening to have her kids taken away. First off my girlfriend's legal stuff is none of her business all she should be worried about is when the rent is going to get paid and whether or not we're keeping up our apartment, we professionally had our apartment deep cleaned and they charged us $300 when I looked at it myself it was spotless. I also have her on security footage rummaging through our mail. I wouldn't stay here ever not until that Katie chick leaves

Set up a time to visit. The person was not there. We waited 30 minutes and there were 2 other people wanting to see the property manager. I was called back a week later, with a bull excuse. Individual who called wanted to discuss leasing options without having any apartments for us to view. Not impressed.

The maintenance guy, Jason, was caught looking through peoples' stuff and taking pictures. Fortunately, he's been fired, but they let it go on for a long, long time. every year there's a new property manager. And after your lease is up they raise the rent way more than it should be raised.nnBut, the residents are cool!

I love living here. My apartment was very well kept care of, any time I have an issue maintenance is there in a short amount of time. I love that they allow pets. You can hear your neighbors slightly but of course it is an apartment complex and this is expected. Overall the noise has never really been a problem. Snow removal has been great this winter; they were out before 4am one morning plowing the parking lots!

This place was great, but horrible management! The office chick leaves 2 hours before the office closes! And she does this all the time! And the maintenance man is NEVER AROUND and NEVER shows up.
