I bought a replacement chain for my girlfriend for Mother's Day but the ring on the charm was too small for the chain. I brought it back in and the owner switched the loop out and welded the new one shut at no charge. Great service!

I have called them 4 days in row. I get forwarded to another number with a full mail box.. not Shure what the malfunction is , doesn't seem like a good way to run a business. I go out of way to support small businesses .. this one makes it really hard to do that . The next jeweler I called answerer their phone (first call) and got my business
