Dustin arrived and was very professional and friendly, was careful to place protective drapes and explained what he was doing. Dustin reviewed all facets of checklist and showed me some features on my remote I was not aware were there! I now have a pilot on, ambience nightlight and feel comfortable with settings. Great guy!
These guys are great! We had them come and service our wood burning fireplace after buying our new house just to make sure everything was safe for our family. The tech did an excellent job and even cleaned our fireplace doors before he left. They were even able to find some parts to update our older unit. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a fireplace company.
Dustin and Ronnie were great. They called to inform me they were early, if it was okay, and ended up showing up 30 minutes early. They were kind, professional, and efficient. I recommend both the company and these two gentleman. I will use this service in the future.
