Fast, to the point but caring, down to earth and understanding. Even if Dr. Jones isn't available the staff is very good at accommodated other physicians. Has a very convenient app in which you can email photos, questions and schedule appointments and they reply very quickly

I have taken my child to Dr. Jones since was a baby. He has been a wonderful & caring Dr. He is also very thorough.

We have had a great experience taking our son to Dr. Jones. We don't have difficulty getting in for appointments and we don't have to wait long in the room for him to arrive. He has been open to our approach to our Son's health care. He has a tendency to talk a little fast and he gets right to the point but he is also willing to answer all our questions and repeat anything if need be. My wife and I have recommended him to our family and friends.

Shawn Jones was my doctor from the time I was 10 to the time I was too old to see him anymore. He is honestly the most wonderful and caring doctor I have ever met and he saved my life multiple times throughout the years. I have heart disease so becoming ill was easy and it happened often. Dr.Jones would always give me or find me the care I needed when things got really bad and really saved me a couple times where it was an illness that could have killed me. But best of all, he won’t just hurry the visit, load you up with a list of medications for your kid, and then send you on your way. He actually avoided giving me medications unless it was necessary and always made sure they were safe for me to take with my condition. He is the all time best around and is my go to whenever I’m asked about who someone should take their kid to. This man is amazing!
