Dream Dental Care

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!! I am giving them 0 stars because they are rude and DO NOT care about the patients. I called them over a month ago and got the appointment made for my daughter, I have to drive over 45 mins to even get to this dentist. I called ahead before entering because I couldn't locate the office and she (the receptionist) went to check my appointment and she told me that my daughter couldn't be seen today because I didn't confirm my appointment. The receptionist (Shannon) told me that they called me but couldn't leave me a message due to my inbox being full (which it isn't). I called that number back the same day she called me because it was an unknown number but the line was busy. You would think they would've called back to get ahold of me? No they didn't, and she had told me that it is my responsibility to confirm the appointment. Well how am I supposed to confirm my appointment it they NEVER GOT AHOLD OF ME?!?!?!?! Again don't go here at all, let them loose the business for being ungrateful human beings. I wasted over 1/4 of a tank of gas for this dumb place.

If you were looking for a new dentist or you was recommended to come here, I would look elsewhere. I would give this business ( - 0 ) if they allow it here on Google. I have been coming to this place for over a year and the receptionist, nurses, & doctors were extremely rude and disrespectful. All the people that works in this office needs fix their attitude and realize how they are treating their patients. When calling them to check on a appointment, most of the time the receptionist doesn't pickup the phone. They look at their caller id and see who's calling before pickup the phone. I had to go to a different dentist for what the dentist (Dr. Tipp) and their staff at Dream Dental Care did and it cost me a lot of money for another dentist to fix. They take no responsibility for the problems they create and blamed the patients or find excuses to deflect the blame away from their dentist, nurses, and receptionist. If a patient pays a lot money for a treatment you expect them to finish the treatment correctly but for them they don't care, they're careless. They should be reported to the Iowa Dental Board, American Dental Association, and Better Business Bureau for the shady business practices they do to their patients. When I went to another dentist in Council Bluffs for the issues Dream Dental didn't fix, I talked to a number of people that came from Dream Dental Council Bluffs and most of them said the same thing, they had issues with them so they left. AGAIN DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE READING THIS. AVOID THIS PLACE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO DREAM DENTAL COUNCIL BLUFFS AT THE OMNI CENTRE.

One of the worst dental offices in the country! Thank god we never got the chance to see the dentist because I’m sure he would have made my kids teeth worse and not better! Horrible customer service from the front desk. Ugly tattoo lady was very disrespectfully, rude, and unprofessional and told my wife and kids that they were dismissed as patients because of past missed appointments? Well then why did you schedule this “new” appointment if we were dismissed from a past appointment that never even happened! The dumb front desk lady kept saying the appointment was at 8:10 when we have a scheduled card for 8:30/9:00/9:30 as we have three kids. Oh well like I said they would have ruined my kids teeth from reading the past reviews. DO NOT GO HERE.

Been going for a couple of years before had to change insurance, as soon changed, service became terrible. Did not get call backs about son seeing orthodontist for braces, then when I called them for the 3rd time they told me he was retiring. Same for me and my procedure needed, said would call when approved and after second time of me calling them and finding out wasn't turned into insurance AT ALL, I found a new place to go. This was over a years time.

Poor customer service. Poor scheduling.
