Upon transferring my policy from progressive I specifically asked for comp glass and roadside. None of which were added to my policy I found out one day when I was left stranded by Allstate with a dead battery. Agent does not return phone calls nor care about his clients. I am in the process of moving my policy back to progressive where I am not lied to. Also the drive wise was set up wrong and I never received a check. Just a credit for online garbage. Worst experience with insurance I have experienced.

Everyone was very professional and understood my questions in transferring from New York State to Nevada. I'm confident that should an incident requiring assistance arise, Pledger and his team will be there for me.
