Thank you NPR of helping keep our kids safer and environment cleaner. I was talking to my sister who told me about her pharmacist friend who was going on and on about how great her reverse distributor National Pharmaceutical Returns, Inc. was to work with and how they handle expired pharmaceuticals which helps keep pharmaceuticals out of the hands of our kids, criminals and aids in keeping our community/environment cleaner. I was not aware that there were companies that specialized in handling expired/unwanted pharmaceuticals for pharmacies, hospitals and companies that handle pharmaceuticals. Now that I understand these reverse distributors that are required by law to handle expired/unwanted pharmaceuticals, I’m happy and encouraged that someone is helping to keep our kids/community safer and environment cleaner. Keep up the good work NPR.

Great customer service and always willing to help. I have had the opportunity to work with several reverse distributors over the years and NPR and it's hands down the best customer service.

I am harassed several times a week by these people, despite my asking them to not contact me anymore. One of their reps sent an offensive email implying that I must be dead for not returning his calls. I do not want to do business with a company that engages in heavy-handed tactics like this, and I won't.
