Wonderful customer service. Quick to send someone out. Very very reasonable rates. Will come out at no cost in between treatments. Highly recommend. Justin is awesome.

I contacted them because I suspected we had a bird mite problem, A representative from Preferred Pest Control came to our home and he was very courteous and professional. He examined our garage and our home and told us that we definitely didn't have a bird mite problem, he explained what we would be seeing if we did have a problem, and seemed to be very sincere and honest. My wife and I felt that he was knowledgeable and we are now confident that we do not have an issue with bird mites. It isn't often that a company will take the time to inspect your home and explain why they came to the conclusion without taking your money. Would highly recommend this company!
