Thera-Spa & Shower

I would rate zero if possible. The salesman took advantage of my 90 year old parents and sold them a tub which my mom did not want. No records could be found, and why have a 90 year old sign an 11 year contract? Bills were sent to wrong address. Several unsuccessful attempts were made to pay by phone. They had no idea the cost except $118/per month. Very unethical practices. This caused much distress and Dad threatened suicide over the situation.Dad was on hospice and has now passed. Several phone calls were un-returned. I mailed letter to owner with no response. Despicable sales tactics at the very least. Elder abuse at most.

They were pretty clean

I did a lot of research prior to selecting the brand I wanted to purchase for my walk-in tub. I wanted top-of the line quality product with a company who stands behind their product! Thera-Spa & Shower impressed me in my research. We ended up installing a walk-in tub and a walk-in shower! They have a wide selection of beautiful high quality tile to choose from in a wide array of colors for the shower. Their features on their tub are standard while other companies have significant additional costs. Our salesman was very professional and truly believed in his product. Following us signing all the documents, he called the President that evening (after 9 PM) who spoke to us and promised his company has the best product, customer service is a top priority, and further spoke about the lifetime warranty. All we have to do is call them if we have a need for servicing/follow-up! We had some minor glitches in the installation but calls with President resolved these with the sincerest apologies. There is no doubt that the walk in bathtub is a superb product. We did need to install a tankless water heater to meet the water temperature desire for a full tub of soaking. The walk-in shower is beautiful and makes it much easier than stepping over a standard tub when one has knee or hip problems. I will admit our personal standards are very high! In discussions with the President we discussed some avenues of training and communication that could be beneficial to both the employees and customers, and he and his fellow employee were most receptive of these suggestions. We can say we were happy with Thera-Spa & Shower!

Thera spa and shower did a great job on my bathroom. Couldn't be more happy with my experience.

They walked off and left my bathroom halfway done, the door jamb is missing, no sink, no counter, and no paint. They promised a lot more than what they delivered.
