Lucas was excellent from the time we came in to pick flooring clear through installation! He kept in contact with us regularly. He and a gentleman (I think his name was Jerry) we’re so helpful with explanations and suggestions when they came out to measure. They have a top notch installer in Carmelo, he did an outstanding job!!! It was a surprisingly pleasant and easy install and I would recommend Carpet One and their employees.
We had bought some sheet vinyl flooring that we really like, a few years ago for our bar and kitchenette area in our basement. We wanted the same flooring in a bathroom remodel and found it quickly at the store. The sales person took our order from the dimensions I provided. The flooring looks great!

Sales rep was great, install looks great. Wished I would have shopped around, their prices are pretty extreme.
Put new flooring and carpet in my house I was getting ready to sell. Worked with the store manager Jeff who gave me a good competitive estimate and was flexible with my schedule. Install went well and they took care of removal, haul away and cleanup after. Overall everything went very well and I'm very happy with everything and it all looks great.
