Update Sept 2020:nOur latest service tech, Stephan, was very organized and courteous. He did a great job, even while being greeted by our neighbor's dog. (Who is very friendly...) Still very happy with Rise.nnRise was just out for our initial treatment. Very impressed so far! Our service tech (JohnathanH) was awesome! He spent a good amount of time both explaining and listening, and seemed to adapt the treatment to our needs very well. So far, I'd highly recommend them for pest control.
We hired Rise for spider and ant control. They do a great job. We have they quarterly but have called in between visits for spiders & they've come within a day and fixed the problem. Geoff and the other employees are very nice and very considerate (and great with my dog).nnUpdate: Jacob and Tim came by today for our quarterly appointment. They were quick, polite, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
Stephan have a great balance of Sales and Technical Knowledge. He know how to transfer knowledge the way that the client feel comfortable and trust his presence. Next time with my eyes close he can go inside my home. Also he was completely respectful to use his mask when I asked for it. Kudos for him. This things make a company, great and reliable. Thanks!!
Stephen from Rise Pest Control did our initial inspection and service. Although being very new, he was very informative and did a amazing job of explaining what he was doing and what to expect. Stephen was very thorough with his inspection as well as courteous and professional. So happy with this service - highly recommend Rise Pest Control!
Rise Pest control is such a great value. Local company in Grimes and a great product. Eco and pet friendly! Highly recommend!! Joshua is our tech and he is AWESOME! Ask for Josh when you sign up!! 5 stars for sure!
