The home building process was made so much easier with TS Construction as Tom helped us stay on budget and on schedule. Building a new home was much less stressful as well as more enjoyable as Tom kept us informed during the entire process. He made sure that we were aware of what was on the schedule to be started and completed during the construction process.nnThe sub contractors that we talked with were always very nice and respectful, they would always take the time to answer our questions. If there were changes that needed to be made Tom always made sure we understood why or what the changes would cost, if anything. If something did not meet Tom's level of satisfaction he would make sure that it was fixed or replaced to make sure we were always happy with the end result. Finally, we have been in our new home for over a 9 years and we are still very happy with everything.nnWe have not had any issues with the workmanship and it still smells like a new home after 9 years! I believe it is the quality of construction and dedication that Tom puts into each one of his homes.nnThe top three reasons we would recommend building with TS Construction: trust, honesty and communication. Tom believes in doing things right and not cutting corners, giving you quality that you can trust.nnThanks again Tom.

Tom Stevens and a lll of his people were so easy to work with. They listened to every ideas we had, gave us advise, and made it happen within our budget. We have a beautiful, quality, well planned home of our dreams. We have been in our home for 7 years now and we are still loving the way our house was built. We stayed within budget, every issue and idea was handled until we were satisfied. Thank you so much to TS Construction for giving us a home we can have lifelong memories in.

We've been in our home over 2 years now and still extremely happy with our decision to build with Tom and TS Construction! We had a great experience and almost every sub we worked with was fantastic and attentive to detail. Would definitely build with Tom again.

Tom Stevens is wonderful to work with! He listens to our concerns and works with us to find solutions. He is very knowledgeable about the construction industry and is very easy to talk to and work with. He puts his customers ideas and dreams on paper and makes them a reality. We would definitely build with Tom again!

Our experience with Tom and his staff at TS Construction was enjoyable from start to finish. His craftsmanship is great. It was simply amazing to see the entire process while TS Construction built my family our dream home. Now that it is built, it is a pleasure living and entertaining in our new home.
