They replaced roof on my house. Came out had job done in one day. Crew was extremely respectful of my property and did a outstanding job of installing my new roof. They also did a excellent job of cleaning up after completion. They blew off both of my decks and picked up all material and debris.

We were directed to Firstcall for storm damage repair after the 8/10/2020 Derecho. The response to the initial call and temporary repairs was EXCELLENT. I could not have been happier. That unfortunately is where the honeymoon ended. It took us calling 2 1/2 months later to begin repairs. I understand that there were alot of people impacted, but our neighbor sold their home during this time and the new owners took possession, had the entire roof of the house and garage replaced, kitchen remodeled, tree that cause the damage removed, in the amount if time it took our team to come out. The project manager admitted to dropping the ball and alluded that our job was not important because so small and working on larger jobs. The job should have been a 3 day job (Repairs to be done were reroof 1/2 house, repair siding on side, replace gutter and facia, and fix a fence but we are now going on week 3 and still not complete, till waiting on the gutters. What concerns me is they turned it in as complete to our insurance company! I will say the crew is nice and accommodating. They also advised of some addition concerns which we agreed with and fixed. I want to like these guys, but come on..get your act together.

My team went to work in February 2020 after a house fire & is already wrapping up the restoration of my home. I am humbled by the quality of service that made me feel like a queen. As a single mother in trying times between a fire and a pandemic, they made me feel important and safe as they quickly made my home beautiful and safe for my children and I to move back home. A special thanks to Tim as my on site contractor who kept me updated throughout the process and never made me feel like an inferior as he lead me through all the processes involved. I am forever grateful to these folks!

I can’t say enough good things about First Call! I had water back up from my basement drain and called First Call to do the mitigation. They came right away, washed everything down, put blocks under furniture legs before washing to protect them, sanitized and dried the basement floor. They came every day to check on the drying process too. They were friendly and professional. I recommend them!!
