Nice doctor, love the tech, but I have never experienced a more rude, unprofessional staff in a clinic setting --- ever. Performing the functions of the job they are paid to do is a huge inconvenience to them and they will let you know it. If you enjoy being treated like a child that needs disciplined this is the place to be, otherwise find another office.

Care is good, when you can get it. Tough to get an appointment inside of a one week window. Providers continuously run 15 - 30 minutes late on appointments. I get it, offices get behind - especially in the medical field. But if your are running a half-hour late, is a courtesy call or text too much to ask for? We are all busy - a little communication and courtesy goes a long ways.
