I cannot think of anything bad to say about this company. The online design tool was easy to use. I got immediate, helpful assistance and advice from customer service on the online chat function. They saved my design and the variety of sweatshirt I had it printed to make future orders easier and more consistent. The turnaround on my order was less than a week. The image printed in very high quality, the sweatshirt material was high quality, and they have held up after several washes.nnI'd like to say that I was most impressed by relatively low price for a small order, but in actuality it was the degree of customer service provided. Far and away beyond anything that I could have even unreasonably expected. If I ever need printing or embroidery in the future I will be a return customer. And I'll happily espouse my great experience and recommend them to anyone that needs these types of services.
My daughter wanted a picture she drew put into a t-shirt. I wasn't sure that it would come out clear enough but I was amazed at the quality. The image on the shirt was awesome, there were a lot of different colors and they were able to match it perfectly. I definitely recommend broken arrow and will order from them again.
I had been searching for a company to make beanies for my business and came across Broken Arrow Wear. I submitted my artwork and my beanies arrived in just 6 days! They were incredibly responsive, honest, and fast. After my artwork was reviewed they refunded me for having a lower stitch count on my embroidery and that honesty was highly valued. The embroidery and beanies came out great! I will most definitely be working with them in the future.
Jill Seley was the designer I was working with the past few months and she did an outstanding job! Very patient and helpful. Worked with the ideas I had and with her expertise we created some really awesome merchandise that I am super happy with. Also the shipping came super fast after we finalized the designs. I am sure all the other designs are just as helpful, I just wanted to give credit to the one who put up with me through back and forth emails, changes, etc. for the past few months. This company is very professional and organized. I give 5 stars hands down and will continue to use them for my businesses. Thank you Jill & Broken Arrow!!!!
I intern for a local clothing brand and my first assignment was to find a printing company to handle printing for an upcoming seasonal collection. After weeks of careful research and review, I decided to go with Broken Arrow as the website indicated on the website they are trusted by many top global companies, provided free guaranteed delivery, great pricing and top quality product. The order was shipped AFTER the guaranteed delivery date. This would of been fine if the product arrived as it was ordered. The printing was the worst that the company has ever seen and we were immediately disappointed. The print was peeling and the under base was showing on majority of the garments. If anyone orders from them, please go through your entire order piece by piece to make sure the quality meets your expectations. I highly recommend you save your time, money and frustration and go somewhere else. Thanks to Broken Arrow, we have no fall line to show or release.
