Every time I go I think it can't be worst then the last time. Well today was. Will just drive further down Merle hey from now on. Order taker argued with me wouldn't hit the add onions button to a big Mac and just screwed up my order as per usual.

This location is very unprofessional. I can't even put into words how upsetting it is ordering from this place. I stopped coming to this location a long time ago and I drove by this evening thinking it would hopefully be better but.... NOPE. I ordered two mcdoubles one plain and one with no ketchup, I immediately looked at then when they handed them to me because I already new they were going to be wrong, they were right I wasn't thinking about the pickles at the time so when my husband went to go eat his sandwich there was one pickle on the bottom bun... so if you order extra pickles don't be surprised if they only put 1/2 of one. And not only your order is always messed up the employees are extremely rude. I honestly can't believe this place is still running. Its sad.

Drove up to place my order and was asked to wait a moment, no problem, but then after placing my order was asked to wait again(there was only one car ahead of us). Finally made it to the first window to pay and once again had to wait. Then went to the next window to get our food and was asked to move ahead. After 10 or so minutes one of the girls came out and asked what our order was(really?). After some time she came back out with our food and said she be right back with our drinks. We waited about 10 more minutes for that (the drinks were 3 bottles of water and a hot chocolate or should I say cold chocolate by the time we had gotten it). About half an hour just to receive our food which was cold and stale when we received it. Ridiculous. Zero stars.

Sitting in drive thru and a young white male with short strawberry blond hair, more of a crew cut with an inch on top walked by, took his mask and lowered it, then stuck his finger up his nose to clean out a Berger I suspect. He went on to prepare meals for take out. Disgusting. The other people there are awesome. But will never, never order food from there.

We stopped by the McDonald's on Merle Hay road around 4 pm today. We were the next ones in line and no one came on the speaker then when they finally did they spoke to the person who just came. Then we went to pay and no one was at the window, then some guy came and took our card. Then we went to the drive up menu to get our food and two ladies were talking and we waited for about 2 minutes. Then she gives us the apple juices, a minute later she gives us the happy meals. We drove off only to realize that fries were in there, no toys or chicken nuggets. This is awful and we will not be back and will make sure to share further online.nnThese people need to be fired. What an awful experience as our kids look forward to the chicken nuggets and the toys.nnHorrible experience.
