No help at all, “sales associate” was on her phone the whole time, and when asked about a certain price because it was different online was different than in store, she said “prices as marked!”

I typically buy 2 pairs of glasses at Sunglass Hut a year. I bought my last pair, Versace VE2181, at their St. Louis store a couple weeks ago. I brought them into the Jordan Creek store because they were slipping a bit. As soon as I walked in, Brett looked at me and rudely asked, “are you here for repair? Cause we don’t do that here.” I said no and explained my situation. He then said he’d be 6 or 7 minutes to help me, the went back to his conversation with another customer, whom he seemed to know.nnHe asked the customer if he wanted to donate to kids in Des Moines who couldn’t afford eyeglasses. The young man responded, “NO! No sympathy.” They both began laughing. Brett then said he hated asking that but he had to.nnOnce Brett was done, he manhandled my glasses and gave them back to me quickly as if he wanted to get rid of me. I asked him to clean my glasses. Most other employees have offered instead of having me ask. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I received at Sunglass Hut yesterday.
