The staff at University West Pet Clinic is absolutely AMAZING and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby's care! They are all so knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and kind. The quality of care provided by this clinic is BEYOND any pet owner's expectations, to say the least. My little girl has suffered from some congenital issues, due to poor breeding, and the team at University West Pet Clinic has effectively resolved those (while being affordable). Thank you, University West Pet Clinic, for your amazing care. You are truly angels and I recommend your clinic to everyone who is blessed to have a pet to love. Katy is the best groomer on this planet. Thank you, all, for treating my baby like your own ❤

EVERYONE(!!) at University West is fantastic. We've been happy customers for almost 20 years. They are always very accommodating on the phone and in the office. I was in with a very anxious cat for routine shots when she relieved herself in her carrier. The staff was so helpful in doing a quick clean up of her carrier to get us home. It was much appreciated. The doctor took plenty of time to discuss my concerns and offer suggestions.

Our puppy hurt her foot really bad. I called the clinic around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. After explaining the situation, and despite the clinic being completely booked for the day, they told us to come in at 4:30, without hesitation. We recently started using this vet clinic, and have been very please with the level of service we have received!!!!

Dr. Lisa is fantastic and always demonstrates such a caring demeanor. She is very realistic and doesn’t recommend services/procedures that aren’t necessary. I trust her completely with my pup.
