Engineering dept is an absolute NIGHTMARE to try & work with on anything residential!!! Plus Urb has 1 of the worst snow removal crews ever- constantly just shuffle snow around for residents to deal with (instead of putting @dead ends, neighborhood parks & circle islands like most towns) resulting in massively BLOCKED driveways & storm drains (only when they eventually make it into neighborhoods since they very rarely address storms on a 24 hr basis). Don't bother calling to discuss w/anyone there as they are automatically on the defense & rude before even hearing any concerns :(
