Only one word.... OUTSTANDING! They have OUTSTANDING customer service! They were OUTSTANDING in pricing! And they were OUTSTANDING in timelines! They were the only place in town that would take on a unique old classic engraving of a classic car dash plaque from the factory for my classic car. They did it with confidence and accuracy. It looks just like it came from the factory over 40 years ago! The time he quoted was more than reasonable, however he had the project done 2 days early! The price he quoted, they can in 30% under what he quoted. Again, one word OUTSTANDING!!! They have gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them!

Very caring and precise in their work. I cannot be happier with the engraving they did on the urn-locket that I brought to them. I now can carry my dearest fur friend with me everywhere. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed and the care you took in making certain the lettering was exactly how I wanted. It is perfect!

Wonderful experience! They engraved a curved watch for me in one day at a very reasonable price. I had been turned away, or quoted at a few hundred dollars by other places. They were nice, straightforward, and handled the watch with care. Highly recommend!
