I've had my new hearing aids for about a month and I couldn't be happier with them. I've worn hearing aids now for about nine years and these are the best I've had. I don't have to worry about a battery any more and with a charger I can go anywhere and know that I'm set. Eric is great to work with and he set the hearing aids perfectly.

he customer service by everyone at this office has always been top notch. We especially appreciate Eric's efforts to work with us. My husband has some disabilities and Eric is always willing to help him out, very personable and knowledgeable. We see him several times a year for cleaning, adjustments, etc. The location in the mall is convenient, close to the door and parking - is good for mall walking also! We would highly recommend Concept.

I couldn’t get in to my own hearing aid center for supplies and stopped by your store in Valley West Mall. They were happy to help me and were very nice about it.
