My son has been going here to receive immunotherapy shots for an allergy to dust mites. So far, he has seen progress, although the therapy is a long process. The receptionists and nurses always remember my son and talk to him about things they know about him (school, sports, family, interests, etc). This goes a long way to helping the experience be a little more enjoyable.nDr. Agerwal has done a great job at suggesting solutions to help things outside of therapy and medication. Education is key to providing less exposure, and I appreciate him taking the time to guide us to solutions like better cleaning methods, alternate bedding, less carpeting, etc.nI recommend this doctor and clinic to everyone I think it would help.

Great to have Dr. Agarwal and his staff come from Des Moines to the smaller towns. He has seen 2 of my sons and myself to help treat our allergy issues. He is always great to visit with, and his treatment has been very effective for us!

I didnt mind the welcoming by the receptionist and the check in but when the doctor starts talking you can not understand a word hes saying, it's really annoying and confusing. How in the heck is a person supposed to know what to do if he isn't clear on his voice directions and then tell me to go get a meter to monitor my breathing to go a pharmacy, the pharmacy's do not carry it, and they all were wondering why the doctor didnt give me one to use. So I feel that was poor service on his part, running me around des Moines trying to get a flow meter

Great results from this office. I didn't have to take any allergy meds this year. Very clean office with a professional and friendly staff.

Dr. Agarwal has been wonderful! He really cares and takes the time to listen and work with you. After two visits he has me on the road to feeling great! Thank you soooo much!
