John was very helpful. I ordered two custom suits and purchased 3 shirts to be tailored. Men’s Warehouse in West Des Moines has a great tailor in house.

More then just suits. They have shoes hats and tyes. However it appeared the dressing room needed cleaned. No seemster on hand so I had to come back to see if suits cut is rite. I did not feal confident.

The staff was extremely young and seemed inexperienced. They were well dressed and looked the part, which is a plus. The young man servicing me was very quick and helpful.

BEWARE IF LOOKING TO RENT SUITS FOR A WEDDING. I’M NOT TRYING TO BE DRAMATIC, BUR SERIOUSLY JUST DONT DO IT HERE. Honestly, horrible experience. We decided to get suits for our wedding at this location. We had to go into the store a total of 4 times prior to the wedding because they kept putting the wrong colors into the orders. We wanted a simple navy blue suit with a white shirt and matching navy ties for the men. We literally picked a dressed mannequin and told them we wanted exactly that. They still found several ways to mess it up. After the 4th visit, they assured us that everything was correct. Nope. The day before our wedding they got the suits in the store for pickup. The ties were a royal blue (I mean seriously not even close to the suit color). We brought it to their attention to which the worker told us (“oh yeah. We actually weren’t sure what exact color would match so we just guessed”) followed by a shoulder shrug. 10 suits ordered (all at just over 200 dollars) and their customer service for this type of event just relies on guessing. If that’s the kind of stress you want, by all means go here. If you want any decent customer service (even like a 2/10 customer service level) go somewhere else. This place is nothing short of a nightmare.
