Michael and his staff are always attentive to my needs as well as that of my team that may contact them with any questions or concerns. They are prompt, kind, and courteous. When I have had insurance issues from questions to actual claims, Michael and his team are always my first call and they have been amazing in guiding me through anything that has popped up.

This office is simply amazing! We first made the switch to this office both because it was more affordable than what we had been paying, but also because of the way they treat their clients. Each summer they rent out an entire movie theatre at Town Square to show a free new release movie. It's their way to give back to their clients. We've thoroughly enjoyed those movies. However we have been blown away by how they have continued to take care of us! With previous insurance companies we found that they did the bare minimum to care for you, and were often unavailable. We found quite the opposite with Michael Westra's office! When we discovered a leak in our house on a Friday night (after office hours), we called Michael on his cell phone and he jumped right into action. His office sent people out right away to take care of the problem. They went above and beyond, kept us informed, and were so on top of things. They made certain that everything was taken care of. A year later our rear window was shattered on our brand new suburban. Again the office was super responsive and helpful in getting our damaged vehicle repaired. A year later (last week) our front windsheild was hit by a rock and began to crack. I called the office where Krista gave me the cell number of their favorite glass repair company. I hung up and immediately dialed the number. I was shocked when the woman who answered informed me that she just received a text from Krista informing me that I would be calling. They are so effecient and caring! I just feel so taken care of. In addition, many companies would have jacked up our premium or dropped us at this point, but Michael Westra's office continues to care for us as though we were family!
