Very efficient. Knows exactly what needs to be done and how to get it done. Pics of the rentals are hanging on the wall. Very easy and clear. Descriptions of the rentals. Does not have change so take the exact amount or go to Hyvee. Easier to just have exact amount. Thank you lady!!!

Shady company, don't rent from from these people they will rip you off and back charge you. Very dishonest people!!

I applied for a house a couple of days ago and submitted my application for a particular house. I received a call from DM Housing telling me that I was approved for that house and was told to bring the deposit ASAP. I told them that I could not leave work until 4. I was then told others were looking at this property and first one with the deposit got it. I had waited for two days to get approved was never told their was a waiting list. I received a call about an hour after I was told I was approved and was told that this property was no longer available. What kind of business is this. You collected my information for this house. My SSN is monitored by Social Security anyway since that breach. I do not want to rent from this company as something is not right about this agency. What kind of agency does this??? You are a shady company.

Saw a property posted for rent on Zillow and scheduled a showing. Was horrified after. First there’s an eviction notice on the door dated for the day before. She opened the door and it was filth. Trash, empty liquor bottles, cigarette butts. The lady didn’t even acknowledge the mess until my boyfriend asked about it. Why would you even show a property in that condition! Also they do not provide basic essentials like a stove and refrigerator, you can “rent” those for an extra $30/month each.
