The other day I was helped by a young women named Alexis Martinez. She was so sweet and made my State Farm experience very efficient and was able to work with me though my stressful day. She has such amazing customer service and very good people skills. Good work Monica Valdez State Farm!

The only thing I’ll say is WOW! Monica helped me slash my premium by 56% I thought being part of USAA was a benefit but I found that I’ve been over paying in premiums for years! State Farm hired some ghetto tow company out of Santa Fe for my roadside assistance. Hooked up the chains wrong and busted my bumper and back up camera. Refused to pay, even after I supplied photos of the incident in action. Local office was no help. No follow up. I just went back to Geico, and cut my insurance by $30/month. I wanted to help a local agent but this was ridiculous.
