Haven't moved in yet, but the Leasing team has been awesome! They worked with my roommate and I to get into a unit we want at a price we all agreed upon. They were especially awesome doing all of this remotely during this pandemic.nVery helpful and we're very grateful!

I worked security for this area. If your young at heart and work late or nights you might enjoy it here. Its safe lite up at night and stay on the walkways because its a poop station for dog walkers. But its safe to live and being downtown living your not in the middle of the bussed but close enough to get there. No sun block

Absolutely loved my experience at 555 until the end. Management cancelled the deposit check 3 days after issuing it with no warning leaving me -$2000 with four overdraft fees. It took over a week of daily phone calls of ME reaching out to them to figure things out. Ended up with a check, but no late fee coverages or compensation.nnRegional manager, Jill did not answer any calls or return any messages.

Just pass...nnProsnPros are the location and the garage.nnConsnNoise from other units is enough to keep you up at night. Don't always feel safe in the area. Bills are high, as in $300+ in the winter to heat (if it works at all). AC quick to die in the summer when the temps are 85+.nnIn the end, a fair rent at the units is about 500 less than what is being charged. Tenants have been quick to turn over after living in them so availibilty is good, but read between the lines.
